AT DCSPL - WE CARE & SERVE, WE SERVE & CARE.

In Sanand, two associates working on DCSPL’s payroll, in a client organization, met with an accident while going home from work, on a two wheeler. They got treated in the nearby private dispensary. Next morning, Supervisor managing associates in that automobile ancillary went to the dispensary to collect the necessary documents and submit for ESIC claim.

During the process of submission, we came to know that such claims are not covered under ESIC and cannot be reimbursed. Senior Manager of DCSPL himself got involved and discussed the matter with ESIC officials requesting them to take the application for ESIC claim and help employees with the reimbursement. Eventually, ESIC claim was accepted by the officials and the documents were submitted on the same day itself.

Also as per the policy, the injured associates had to visit ESIC hospital at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. As both of them were not able to walk or even sit, we hired two ambulances and the senior person taking care of statutory compliances accompanied them to complete the formalities. 

This is the most recent experience and the reimbursement and claim is in process.
