The experience that we are sharing now is for a SME and that too for a junior position. We had been serving this client for couple of years and were a part of their growth & expansion.
They were into Machinery Manufacturing and facing a challenge to find right fit for the position of a Vendor Development Engineer. They had worked on this requirement with 3 different HR Firms and even tried to source through internal references and job portals. HR Head requested our MD to support them in closing this requirement.
Although the professional charges for this requirement would not justify the time and energy spent on Multiple Sourcing Techniques, we used company mapping, referencing, job portals, networking etc. to reach to the relevant candidates and even found passive job seekers to give a choice to the client and successfully closed this position.
Most of the Recruitment firms would pass such requirement and never spend so much time on the same, especially when the fees payable was on a contingent basis, wherein the client pays only on the successful closure.
At DCSPL, clients come first and whenever required, we will stretch ourselves to serve them. And that is what strategic partnership is all about.
