One of our esteemed clients from FMCG sector, working with us since 8 plus years, decided to expand & relocate their business to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Except 3 employees, they wanted to change and recruit professionally managed team and to start with, assigned us 7 senior management level positions, supposed to be closed in the span of 9 months. We at DCSPL, with strong research team and professional approach closed all the 7 requirements in 6 months with apt candidates for each & every profile.

DCSPL not only closed senior level requirements but also supported client in setting up the whole new HR department by getting involved in formulating HR Policies, Organizational Structure, Payroll Management and statutory compliances. Thereafter DCSPL recruited 22 more positions for them at different levels and became instrumental in the growth and expansion of the client.
